BZO ® Wheels (hereinafter called “BZO ® ”) warrants its products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original consumer and/or end user ("original purchaser"). BZO ® will replace any wheel established to be defective with a wheel of like size and type.
All BZO ® products have an assigned serial number. The warranty is only for the benefit of and valid for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage due to negligence, misuse, accident or abuse. Any claim due to damage for appearance defects will not be honored once the wheel has been mounted with a tire or if the wheel has been sold as “used” or "defective" product. No claim will be honored if the original serial number and/or identification have been removed, altered or defaced. Wheels should be mounted with tires, installed, used and maintained only in accordance with the instructions accompanying each wheel. Failure to comply with such instructions shall void all warranties. Warranty does not cover road hazards such as impacts, potholes, accidents, etc. There is no warranty on the finish due to variable conditions, salt, maintenance, neglect and damage from cleaners. It is important to report any alleged defect within a reasonable time after discovery of defect, and in no event more than thirty (30) days after discovery of alleged defect.
BZO ® shall only extend the warranty specifically set forth herein, except to the extent and/or geographical location where prohibited by applicable law. Furthermore, BZO ® will not honor any warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for any particular purpose and no other express or implied warranty. Any warranty is limited to the duration of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Replacement, as provided under this warranty, is the exclusive remedy. BZO ® shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damage for breach of any warranty including, but not limited to, costs incurred from diagnosis, removal or installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, or inconvenience. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation incidental or consequential damages or other limitations on a warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to your geographical area.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by a dated bill of sale or invoice as proof of purchase. It is your responsibility to report any alleged defect within a reasonable time after discovery of defect, and in no event more than thirty (30) days after discovery of alleged defect.
